1. Transportation and Tour Services
We arrange private transportation and selected tours and excursions in the Dominican Republic. Service availability, vehicle type, itinerary, pickup instructions and other operational details are subject to written confirmation. A website inquiry or quote request is not a confirmed reservation until our team confirms it.
2. Quotes, Reservations and Payment
Prices, included services, payment methods, currencies and payment timing are governed by the written quote or reservation confirmation provided for your trip. Please review that confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if any information is incorrect. Website descriptions and estimated travel information are general planning information and do not replace the details in your confirmation.
3. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Any change, cancellation, no-show or refund terms that apply to a reservation will be stated in, or communicated with, the applicable quote or confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We do not promise that every requested change can be accommodated, especially when a driver, vehicle, guide, admission or third-party service has already been scheduled.

- Tell us in advance about child seats, mobility needs, oversized luggage, sports equipment, pets or other special requirements.

5. Delays and Operational Changes
Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, flight changes, government restrictions, mechanical issues and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may adjust a vehicle, driver, route, meeting point or itinerary when reasonably necessary to operate the service safely or respond to changing conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using the contact information provided with the reservation.
6. Tours, Excursions and Third-Party Services
Some tours and excursions may involve independent guides, boat operators, attractions, restaurants or other third-party providers. 7. Passenger Conduct and Safety
Passengers must not endanger the driver, guide, other passengers, vehicle or property. We may refuse or discontinue service when conduct is unlawful, threatening, abusive, dangerously intoxicated or otherwise creates a material safety risk. Smoking and unlawful substances are not permitted in vehicles.

We work to keep this website useful and accurate, but destinations, restaurants, hotels, attractions, schedules, road conditions and other travel information can change.
